as i bid farewell
to the place i will depart
say goodbye to my loved ones
searching for a new start
the destination is unknown
to a place i've never been
seeking to change
my person from within
i've ran from the past
praying to change the present
but a troubled mind never forgets
all the wrong i've done to my brothers
i'm welcomed to new faces
whom are unknown to my past
i settle in for the bumpy ride
too see how long it will last
