trapped in my mind
yet the soul roams free
to do as it wishes
see what the mind can't see
without form or DNA
it moves with graces
body still grounded
surrounded by faces with frowns
ones mind cannot fathom
the work of the soul
pulling the strings daily
choosing right from wrong
its the source of energy
from this beating heart
separated by spaces
atoms miles apart

how making love to one another
make me feel free

air, hearts beating and love
a gift from the heavens

emotions on full
not a second of thought
either a lighting filled night
or clear blue sky

n camping next to snow covered trees

the purchase

bought me some happiness
didn't last that long
thought it would help
turns out i was wrong
so i bought some more
to fill the empty gap
cleaned out my bank account
now living a financial drought
so i work hard
so i can buy more
even bought myself
a brand new door!
so i left the store
with all this crap
that does me no good
but i keep going back
on my way out
oh look....something new...

dont dwell on mistakes
everyone makes them
learn to give, minimizing take
enjoy the breeze
